The board game market is buoyant. With input of experts from the retail and board game industry, a new London edition was launched.

Growth

There are currently 12 editions of Taxi on sale with plans in place to launch further editions in the near future with additional sports team and city editions now in development.

Derek Carroll

Director

Derek is the inventor of Taxi and a founding member of Taxi Game Ltd. Prior to joining Taxi Game Ltd., Derek has been an Edinburgh Taxi Driver, an engineer and owns his own Maintenance Company.

Gordon Drysdale

Director

Gordon is a founding member of Taxi Game Ltd. and is a member of the executive committee. Prior to joining Taxi Game Ltd., Gordon has held a number of leadership roles in financial services. Most recently Gordon served as co-owner and Business Development Director at a very successful Marketing Company who specialised in Data, Software and Customer Communications, working with many of the UK’s top financial services and hotel businesses.

Prof. Lynne Cadenhead

Non-Executive Director, Chair

Professor Lynne Cadenhead was recently added to the board. Lynne has considerable experience in developing and taking board games to market having ran her own successful Quest Games company for 10+ years and selling over 100,000 copies of Scottish Quest alone. Lynne is Chair of Women’s Enterprise Scotland.
